Dr. Redmond is double board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He is determined to enhance his patients’ quality of life, providing high quality, individualized care in order to ensure the most optimal results. With a passion for the medical field, he is noted as a specialist in cardiac, thoracic, vascular and endovascular surgery. Dr. Redmond served in the US Army for 24 years reaching the rank of Colonel. Mr. Redmond completed his residency training with Louisiana State University, followed by a further residency and fellowship with the Ochsner Health System. He served multiple tours of duty to the middle east in support of the war on terrorism.
